The Programme

We understand everyone has varying levels of strength and fitness so have created three levels of programme, each requiring different levels of fitness. Whether you're new to training, run the occasional 5k or 10k, or someone who regularly participates in half marathons or triathlons, we have the right programme level to suit.

Level 1 - beginner

Ideal for anyone who hasn't done any sort of conditioning work for the last 3+ months or are new to fitness in general. This is a lower intensity, lower volume programme designed to help take the first steps to better conditioning

Level 2 - intermediate

This programme is appropriate for anyone who's been training for 1-2 years, training 4-5 days per week with some form of conditioning in their routine.
It's designed to help you ramp up your conditioning to the next level without leading to overtraining o
r injury.

Level 3 - advanced

Is reserved for anyone who's been training for 2+ years and does regular conditioning exercise 3+ times a week - whether it be running, cycling, swimming etc. If your resting heart rate is below 50bpm, then this programme is designed to help you ramp up your conditioning to the next level.

How It Works

Once registered, you'll download the app where you'll find your first week of programmes. You'll also find tools where you can record and track certain vitals such as weight, resting heart rate, daily step count and blood pressure, should you wish.
Our programmes are designed to improve your conditioning, reduce risk of injury, increase cardiovascular fitness, get you strong and improve your wellbeing - without the need for gym equipment.

Each week we'll automatically deliver your workouts to your app ready for when you are.
